The objective of the ten-part series is to dismantle, one by one, false prejudices about the workplace. L’Oréal employees compare their daily lives in the various company divisions, tell anecdotes, and share their personal experiences and plans for the future.
The end result is an unscripted chat: fresh, spontaneous, and authentic, between colleagues who address some major issues such as Sustainability, Cultural Environment, Work-Life Balance, and Beauty Passion at L’Oréal.
