A specially designed social experiment on Nespresso’s corporate population on the topic of micro-aggressions and discrimination, designed and conducted together with “Hyena” Nic Bello.

Divided into 3 groups, in this social experiment Nic Bello tests employees during a mock training meeting with a series of inappropriate jokes aimed at his young assistant.

Upon revealing the candid camera, employees have a time for discussion and training with a DE&I expert to reflect on the phenomenon and identify actions that can be taken to combat it.
