Today, it is no longer enough to tell a brand through a corporate narrative that is distant from people. It is critical to communicate the company’s identity and vision to engage the internal population and attract external talent.
7 episodes made in Italy, India, France and the UAE, to explore 7 Saipem projects “behind the scenes”, through the expertise and experience of those who, every day, try to make a difference: its employees, the “Saipem people”.
In each episode, through a direct interview with an employee, we show Saipem’s role as a market leader, its operations, its internationality and, at the same time, its focus on gender equality, multiculturalism, inclusion, security & safety, innovation, energy access and sustainable infrastructure, while maintaining a focus on employer branding.
